Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pureharvest Aussie Dream Rice Milk Unsweetened
- 150 g frozen banana, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 tbsp peanut butter, or fave nut butter
- 1 medjool date
Instruction
Blend all of the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Top with any toppings you like, I always love adding a granola for crunch and additional fruit. This time I went with berries and chocolate granola.
